Toys R Us Australia aim to provide our customers with an efficient, convenient delivery service, within a satisfactory time frame.
The majority of orders placed online are despatched from our warehouses within 48 hours. We estimate orders to be delivered within 5-10 business days for metro areas and capital cities, and up to 12 business days for delivery to all other areas, following despatch. We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated time frames.
Toys R Us Australia uses a combination of road and air couriers, such as Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers, Allied Express, and Startrack. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive regular updates with tracking information to monitor the transit of your order. We strongly recommend contacting the courier company directly with the consignment number provided, to inquire about the delivery status of your order, and an estimated delivery date.
Receiving Your Order
All orders must be signed for unless you have given specific Authority to Leave instructions. If this method is chosen and your parcel is stolen, we cannot be held accountable. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend shipping your order to an alternate address, such as your work place.
What if no one is available to sign for the delivery?
If you are not home to accept delivery our couriers will leave a calling card. If you receive a calling card you will need to call the relevant number and arrange another time for delivery. You will not be charged for the second delivery but additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
In some instances your order may also be delivered to your local parcel collect agent or post office to pick up at a time that suits you.
