If you have purchased or received a faulty item, we sincerely apologise for this and will attempt to rectify the issue as efficiently as possible.
The only exception to the refunds policy is for faulty goods purchased on or after 21 May 2018. In these circumstances, customers can request the item be replaced (subject to stock availability), exchanged or refunded, but must provide proof of purchase.
For faulty goods purchased prior to 21 May 2018, customers should contact the manufacturer or complete a Proof of Debt form.
All warranties claims should be directed to the manufacturer.
