In the event that you have misplaced your receipt for an item you wish to return or submit a warranty claim for it, we can attempt to conduct a receipt search. However, this will be contingent on you providing all the required details of the transaction for us to search with. Unfortunately returns will only be accepted by way of exchange. If you wish to return but not exchange stock, you can complete a Proof of Debt for the amount you are owed. A copy of the receipt signed by the sales assistant must be attached to the Proof of Debt.
